charming place, good for short stay. neat building and rooms with comfy bed. handy and ideal location, near the train station. next to the basilica / campanile, the grand canal where there is plenty to do, and supermarkets and lovely restaurants and also a vaporetto station.

I truly enjoyed the place, its perfect food.

The hotel was in a central location to all the main sights. The room itself was fairly quiet and big size and with big windows, nice breakfast, as for instance. The staff were lovely and amicable hole time of my stay...

Everything is perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Many thanks to fantastic friendly and extremely friendly staff for providing us with a really lovely stay. The building is nice and the rooms are great-sized and fairly quiet with a bar fridge, a nice view, nice breakfast. The location is stunning and magnificent, in a quiet neighborhood.

our stay at the bed and breakfast san giacomo venezia was amazing. the host was friendly and went above and beyond to help us navigate the venetian streets. the location was perfect, close to the bus station but in a quiet area with canals and restaurants nearby.

Convenient and private layout with 2 handy bathrooms. Welcoming hostesses offered great local recommendations and shared fascinating city history. Comfortable, clean room with all necessary amenities, including a fridge. Enjoyed a delicious Italian breakfast with a variety of options. Great location for exploring, within walking distance of major attractions and near a vaporetto station.

We got great value for our money at the B&B in Venice. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and the staff at the B&B treated us with utmost courtesy and helpfulness.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider range of options.

Spacious room for four adults, clean with fridge and fresh water. Continental breakfast provided by friendly staff. Conveniently located near train station and a pleasant 20-minute stroll to city center. Comfortable bed and no issues with shared bathrooms.

I had a great stay at San Giacomo Venezia. Luca was accommodating of our late arrival and the room was comfortable. The location is perfect, close to a grocery store and great restaurants. It's also walking distance to Saint Mark's Square. The breakfast was large and delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The owners were very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our bags on the last day. The interior of the room and hall was stylish and beautiful. the service was impeccable and made our trip easy, convenient, and memorable.
